Snail Pork Paste

Ingredients: Pork, snail (20%), pork fat, wood – ear mushroom, onion, water, thickener (1420), lemongrass, garlic, pepper, sugar, flavor enhancer (621), salt, cooking oil (olein oil, soya oil, canola oil), humectants (451(i), 450(i), 450(ii), 450(iii)).

Usage instructions: No need to defrost before using. Product can be steamed, fried, grilled or processed into other dishes. Product when not in use must be preserved in the freezer.

Storage instructions: Keep frozen at temperatures less than or equal to -12 °C.
