Shrimp and Crab Spring Rolls

Ingredients: Rice paper, pork meat, fresh shrimp, meat (3,5%), crab meat (1,5%), taro, yam bean, vermicelli, dried shrimp meat, carrot, garlic, sugar, onion, wood ear, pepper, flavor enhancer (621).

Direction for use: Do not need to defrost, soak one by one in cooking oil at 170°C, take out the spring rolls when they turn brown yellow, drip the oil, serve hot.

Direction for preserve: Keep frozen at -18°C.
